The VGB007 Labeling System

The VGB007 labeling system applies adhesive Labels and Hang Tabs

to the most varied of products at an extremely high speed and with extreme precision.
This is possible, due to a brushless* motor system, and by an automated PLC,

which allows for the machine to be customized, thus providing and increased availability.
The VGB007 can be adjusted to any automation plant, can manage sorting

machines on input designed to deviate the flow of products, select manual

or automatic loading, and an interfacing system with the upline machine

to manage rejects and differentiate the incoming articles. It can be supplied with

post-application controls to select the quality of the outgoing applications, or the quality standards required.

*The Brushless motor makes it possible to increase the speed limits of the precision, and frequency of the applications,
which is a characteristic of stepper motors. This ensures a perfect synchronization between the transfer of the product
and the removal of the film from the label; guaranteeing the resolution of any difficulties that might be encountered
in applying adhesive labels or hang tabs.
